Our Process
Your free initial consultation includes up to 1 hour of conference time with one of our reps, an analysis of your needs, and a quote/action plan to be delivered shortly after your consultation.
In order for us to create your website or web-app, there is a significant amount of design, planning, and creation that goes into setting up your services. Our one-time development cost is very low compared to the typical cost of most websites or apps that are not managed by the designer.
As long as you have access to a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) and an internet connection, your device will be able to access your app or site.
This can vary greatly based on your unique needs. A simple website could be made in a matter of weeks while a very complex, enterprise-level web-app could take upwards of a year for development. Your quote and contract will outline specifically the timeline for completion.

JLCM Cloud Solutions offers services for hosting custom apps or websites on our own proprietary platform. In order to keep your development costs low, our services can’t be ported over to other platforms. In some rare instances, basic websites may be able to be ported over, but this will be accessed on a case-by-case basis. However, your domain name is your property and will be transferred to you upon request after termination of contract/services.
Billing
We send out invoices via Square. You may use credit or debit cards to pay for those invoices.
We offer monthly and year payment options. Yearly payment options have a discount applied to them.
Yes! For a slightly higher cost, we can roll the majority of your one-time development cost into monthly payments for your first year of your contract.
No! Most of our contracts operate on a 50/50 plan. 50% of the development cost is due for us to begin work and the remaining 50% is due once the work is competed to your satisfaction and is added to your first invoice.
Yes, we off discounts for yearly payments compared to monthly.

Our Contracts
Yes, our 1 -year minimum contract policy is what allows us to keep your initial costs low.
There is no obligation to continue working with us prior to your contract signing, but we hope you will considering us again in the future.
Upon the expiration of your agreed upon term, your services will revert to a monthly payment plan unless a new contract term is signed. Signing a new contract term will save you money compared to an on-going monthly plan.

One of JLCM’s primary goals is to be flexible with the evolving need of your business. If you need additional or different services mid-contract, reach-out to us. Depending on the circumstances, we can either amend your existing contract or replace with a brand new one.
